Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring alignment between daily operations and long-term business objectives.
- Manage and strengthen client relationships, serving as the CEOs representative in meetings, presentations, and negotiations when needed.
- Support business development by identifying potential opportunities, preparing proposals, and following up with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of strategic projects and client deliverables.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates to support decision-making and external communications.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking activities, and client engagements on behalf of the CEO.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive company information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years experience in business development, client management, consulting, or a related operational role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident, professional presence with the ability to represent the CEO and the company externally.
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to changing business needs.
