Join the G Nation today Who you’ll be working with If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you You’ll be responsible for the following Provide Level 2 support for business-critical applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and minimal downtime. Investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot application issues reported by end-users and L1 support teams. Collaborate with L3 support, development teams, and vendors to elevate and resolve complex issues. Design and implement automation solutions using Python and scripting to reduce L2 manual efforts. Write and optimize SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and troubleshooting. We’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in L2 application support or a similar role. Strong expertise in Python scripting for automation and process optimization. Proficiency in SQL scripting, query optimization, and database troubleshooting (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle). Experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy). Hands‑on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, ELK Stack). Familiarity with cloud platforms (Alibaba, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Basic knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins) is an advantage.
