  • Design engineers' study, research and develop ideas for new products and the systems used to make them. They also modify existing products or processes to increase efficiency or improve performance.
  • Leads in the preparation of design & cost data for proposals and contract negotiations.
  • Determine project scope, define requirements, works with Sales team and others to coordinate scope, meet deadlines and customer requirements.
  • Follow the Estimating life cycle in accordance with applicable engineering codes, standards and procedures.
  • Establish quote priorities based on evaluation and analysis of overall opportunities.
  • Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards, programs, and reports.
  • Provide financial reporting, trending data. Perform market analysis, competitor's behavior and internal process development.
  • Must be an Electrical Engineering graduate
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as may be required from time to time consistent with this position and the job description and duties set out herein.
