SEERMO is hiring a (Landscape) Architect / Urban Designer

The future of mobility, urban, and regional development is data-driven and AI-empowered — and we're building it.

We're looking for someone who can blend design + tech + imagination:

  • Strong in 2D/3D visual renderings and modeling of streetscapes and public spaces
  • Skilled with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Suite, and other tools
  • Ideally, AI-assisted design tools are your jam
  • Can turn data and technical plans into visuals anyone can instantly understand
  • Passionate about people-centric streets, public spaces, and sustainable mobility

Hybrid setup — mostly remote, with on-ground deployments in Metro Manila, Naga, Roxas, Isabela (Basilan), and other partner LGUs.

Qualifications

  • Got a degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or something in the same ballpark? You're in
  • Flashy portfolio with top-notch 2D/3D models and killer visual renderings, especially of bustling public spaces and chic people-centric street designs? Bonus points
  • Master of the design universe with tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite? Check
  • AI-assisted design tools are your jam? Awesome
  • Can you turn data and technical plans into captivating visual tales that even your grandma would get? Perfect
  • Familiarity with GIS? Perfect
  • Passionate about sustainable mobility, urban and regional development? We like how you think
  • Got 1-2 years of relevant experience? That's a cherry on top, but not a deal-breaker
