Role Description

This is a full-time Design Architect role based on-site in Manila. The Design Architect will be responsible for creating and developing architectural plans, managing design projects from conceptualization to execution, and ensuring alignment with client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing construction drawings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and overseeing design management to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and contractors will be an essential aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Architectural Design and Architecture concepts
  • Proficiency in Design Management and preparing Construction Drawings
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in relevant architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Licensure or certification in Architecture is preferred
