Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu for a Head of Marketing & Communications. The role involves overseeing marketing strategies, planning promotional campaigns, conducting market research, managing public relations initiatives, and leading the marketing team to meet organizational goals. The Head of Marketing & Communications will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to build strong brand positioning and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Market Planning, Market Research, and Marketing Management
  • Proficiency in overseeing Sales strategies and implementing effective campaigns
  • Skilled in Public Relations, including managing media outreach and external communications
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality or related industries is highly advantageous
  • Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
