Job Description:
• Compiles all requests and Purchase Orders from all departments
• Maintains purchasing records
• Coordinates logistics
• Obtains competitive bids from suppliers
• Research potential suppliers
• Tracks orders and ensures timely delivery
• Follows up all pending request & orders
• Compare and evaluates suppliers
• Reports any damage or faulty products/orders
• Maintains good supplier relations
• Maintains all required documentation
• Prepares purchasing reports
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate of Bachelors Degree in any courses.
• With experience as Purchasing Staff is a plus.
• Must be knowledgeable in MS Application such as Word and Excel.
• Can able to do multi-tasking, with analytical skills and initiative.
• With good oral and written communication skills.
