Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead the overall marketing strategy and execution for Florence Perfumes, ensuring the brand remains a top-of-mind, trusted, and aspirational choice for Filipino consumers. This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical thinking—developing campaigns that highlight Florence Perfumes' identity as a luxurious, high-quality yet affordable fragrance brand while driving sales through TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, Instagram, and in-store kiosks.

**The ideal candidate is results-driven, innovative, and highly familiar with digital marketing, e-commerce, influencer partnerships, and retail promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Brand Strategy & Development

· Develop and implement marketing plans that strengthen Florence Perfumes' positioning as the "go-to perfume of every Filipino."

· Ensure brand consistency across packaging, advertising, online stores, and kiosk promotions.

· Conduct market research to identify fragrance and beauty trends and translate insights into new product launches and campaigns.

  1. Digital & E-Commerce Marketing

· Lead marketing campaigns on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada (ads, affiliate programs, content strategy).

· Manage social media channels including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, creating content calendars that engage audiences and strengthen brand presence.

· Optimize online store listings, keywords, and creative assets to improve conversion and customer experience.

· Create and oversee content for postings (photos, videos, captions, promotional materials) tailored for social media, e-commerce platforms, and in-store promotions.

· Monitor and reply to comments/messages on social media posts, ensuring fast, friendly, and brand-consistent community engagement.

· Track and analyze performance metrics across e-commerce and social platforms, recommending improvements to maximize ROI.

  1. Retail & Offline Promotions

· Plan marketing activations and in-store promotions for Florence kiosks and partner MSME booths.

· Coordinate with mall partners (e.g., SM City Clark) for events, seasonal promos, and branding opportunities.

· Develop point-of-sale marketing materials and ensure kiosks reflect brand standards.

  1. Influencer & Affiliate Partnerships

· Identify and collaborate with influencers, live sellers, and affiliates to expand brand reach.

· Create PR kits and ensure proper tracking of affiliate performance (GMV, ROI).

· Manage influencer gifting, paid partnerships, and special campaigns (e.g., holiday bundles, anniversaries).

  1. Campaign & Budget Management

· Plan and execute seasonal promotions (8.8, 11.11, 12.12, etc.) aligned with e-commerce sales cycles.

· Oversee marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns with measurable returns.

· Monitor KPIs such as sales growth, campaign reach, engagement, and customer acquisition.

  1. Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work closely with the Operations, Sales, and Product Development teams to align marketing strategies with stock levels, logistics, and new product launches.

· Supervise creatives, content producers, and third-party agencies (if any).
