Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our resort team in Boracay, Aklan. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, ensuring all facilities, equipment, and safety systems are in excellent working condition. This role requires close coordination with other departments to maintain a safe, functional, and guest-ready environment at all times.

• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in coordination with the Maintenance Manager/Resort Manager.
• Coordinate daily with Housekeeping and Front Office to ensure guest rooms and facilities are ready for occupancy.
• Conduct daily inspections of all resort facilities, identifying and addressing safety, mechanical, or electrical issues.
• Ensure all standby units and systems are operational and properly maintained.
• Monitor utility consumption and address irregularities or technical issues immediately.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and maintenance reports for all operations and activities.
• Ensure regular inspection and preventive maintenance of firefighting, safety, kitchen, and mechanical equipment.

College graduate, preferably a Licensed Electrical Engineer or related technical course.

Experience in hotel or resort maintenance is an advantage.

Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues promptly.

Physically fit and willing to work on-site in Boracay, Aklan.
