Specific Job Description:

The key job tasks, duties, and responsibilities of Project Engineer are as follows:

A. Has responsibility for coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects;

B. Plans, schedules, conduct, and coordinate assigned engineering work, monitors work for compliance to applicable codes and accepted engineering practices;

C. Ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants;

D. Ensures that all assigned personnel are coordinating their activities with other project participants and that's the requirements of the contract are being satisfied;

E. Ensures sufficient technical knowledge and awareness of details to be able to recognize when technical problems are developing in the various disciplines, and to initiate appropriate corrective actions;

F. While on a project, the Project Engineer reports to the General Manager, who has ultimate responsibility for both the quality deliverable and effective execution of project assignments;

G. Prepare project engineering schedules, forecasts and monthly project status reports;

H. Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects;

I. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work;

J. Accountable for the successful completion of engineering projects;

K. Requires extensive regular contract with assigned project clients;

L. Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals; and

M. Participating in client and contractor meetings and resolving project issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,850.00 per month
