Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead our flagship senior living development project.

Responsibilities
  • Design and manage architectural teams in the creation of complex developments, focusing on senior living communities.
  • Mentor junior architects and drafting staff, ensuring expertise in Revit workflows and BIM coordination across all projects.
  • Collaborate with engineers, landscape architects, and specialty consultants to achieve exceptional results.
  • Conduct client presentations and design reviews for major architectural clients.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Architect with 8+ years of experience leading large-scale projects.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization software.
  • Proven track record of managing architectural teams and mentoring junior staff.
  • Background in residential, mixed-use, or healthcare facility design is highly desirable.
