About the role

DTKO Architectural Firm is seeking an exceptional Architectural Designer to join our talented team in South Triangle, Quezon City. As an Architectural Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our innovative architectural projects. This is a full-time position, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the design and development of bespoke residential, commercial, mixed-use and industrial complex developments.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating closely with senior architect and the design team to conceptualize and develop innovative architectural designs
  • Producing detailed design drawings, 3D models, and visual renderings to effectively communicate design concepts
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform the design process and ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
  • Participating in client presentations and design review meetings to gather feedback and refine designs
  • Providing support throughout the project lifecycle, from schematic design to construction documentation
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • 0 - 1 year of experience as an Architectural Designer
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), 3D modelling tools (e.g., SketchUp, 3DS Max), and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion); BIM software
  • Strong design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative and functional spaces
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction practices in the Philippines
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
