Job Descriptions:

  • Leading the drafting and generation of client contract templates.
  • Facilitating contract circulation and execution, ensuring seamless internal signature processes.
  • Safeguarding contracts through proper archiving and contract management.
  • Supporting the Tax & Legal Manager in advanced reviews of non-standard clauses, highlighting risks and advising on mitigation.
  • Exercising full ownership of the company's legal database, ensuring accuracy and integrity of records.
  • Monitoring and controlling the end-to-end contract documentation process.
  • Overseeing compliance with SEC statutory requirements.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Legal Management.
  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting and legal experience.
  • CPA qualification preferred or in progress.
  • Proficient in accounting and legal management.
  • Familiarity with international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and experience in a BPO or shared services environment.
