About the role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Manager (Philippine Licensed Lawyer) to join our team at DL Public Relations' in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing strategic legal advice and support to our growing public relations agency.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage legal disputes and oversee litigation processes to maximize protection of company and client rights.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents.

  • Anticipate potential risks and propose viable preventive and corrective measures to mitigate legal liabilities.
  • Engage in negotiations and transactions to represent clients and safeguard crucial interests.
  • Expand relationships with government and regulatory agencies to ensure effective communication and resource coordination.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, professional ethics, and confidentiality awareness to handle sensitive or high-risk cases.
  • Exhibit strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills in high-pressure, adversarial, or emergency situations.
  • Available 24/7 for legal consultations, interventions, and external communications.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, regulatory meetings, enforcement procedures, or interactions with law enforcement agencies.
  • Fulfill other legal tasks assigned by senior management.
