About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader - Billing to join our team at Kintetsu World Express Phils., Inc. in our San Dionisio, Parañaque City office. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in leading and motivating our billing team to deliver excellent customer service and support.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the billing team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of customer invoices and payments
  • Provide coaching, training, and ongoing performance management to team members to develop their skills and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing-related issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Analyse billing data and metrics to identify opportunities for process optimisation and cost savings
  • Implement and monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment and promote a culture of excellent customer service

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar team leader or supervisory role within a call centre or customer service environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex billing and payment issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
  • Proficient in using billing and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Thorough understanding of billing processes, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
