About the role

MAZWIN our sister company is seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Finance/Billing Staff to join our team in Marikina City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our finance and billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and billing processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and process invoices, bills, and other financial documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  2. Maintain and reconcile financial records and accounts payable/receivable
  3. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
  4. Collaborate with the finance team to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues
  5. Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing billing inquiries and concerns
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance and billing processes and procedures
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a finance or billing role, preferably within the accounting or financial services industry
  2. Proficient in using financial software, spreadsheets, and other accounting tools
  3. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  6. Relevant bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
