JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Possessing a bachelor's degree
- Having worked in RTA role for at least 2 years
- CS experience is an advantage
- Willing to work with a changing schedule
- Willing to work on site in BGC.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that the workforce of business partners is adequately staffed.
- Oversees one or more divisional business units' resource planning;
- Develops productive working connections with business associates
- Determine future projects and/or modifications to the business plan.
- Produces volume projections for the processing and/or inbound contact center departments of clients;
- Constantly evaluates staffing drivers in comparison to the plan
