About the role

As a Real Time Analyst at Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operations of our healthcare business process outsourcing (BPO) services. In this full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for analysing real-time data and metrics to identify opportunities for service improvement and optimisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and real-time data to identify trends and potential issues
  2. Collaborate with the operations team to implement strategies for enhancing service delivery and customer satisfaction
  3. Provide timely and accurate reporting on the performance of the BPO services
  4. Recommend process improvements and technological solutions to drive operational efficiencies
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of training programmes for customer service representatives
  6. Participate in the continuous development and refinement of our BPO service offerings

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a real-time analytics or customer service operations role, preferably in the healthcare or BPO industry
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  4. Proficient in the use of data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
  5. Thorough understanding of contact centre and customer service operations
  6. Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements
  7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, analytics, or information technology
