Job Overview

Be part of Aptum Virtual Solutions We are looking for
Phone Receptionist (Clinic)

to handle  inbound and outbound calls for our clinic. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service to patients, supporting clinic operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle general patient inquiries regarding clinic services, hours, and procedures
  • Route calls accurately to appropriate departments or staff members
  • Schedule and manage doctor appointments using the clinic's scheduling system
  • Make outbound calls to patients to confirm appointments and schedules
  • Coordinate appointment details and relay information on behalf of the clinic
  • Maintain accurate call and appointment records
  • Follow clinic policies related to patient confidentiality and communication

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
  • Strong customer service skills with a patient-focused approach
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with scheduling systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Reliable availability during stated work hours (Central Time)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a receptionist, call center agent, or medical office staff
  • Familiarity with healthcare or clinic environments
  • Experience handling appointment scheduling

Location:

Fully Remote

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Central Time, US)

Lunch Break:

12:00 PM–1:00 PM (1 hour)
