Qualifications:

  • Registered and Licensed Architect

  • Member of good standing of the United Architects of the Philippines is preferred.

  • With 2-5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, planning, and/or construction.

  • Preferably with experience in local projects that comply with the National Building Code of the Philippines, zoning ordinances and other relevant regulations.

  • Proficient in: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (BIM), Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign, Rendering tools such as Lumion, V-Ray, or Twinmotion

Responsibilities:

  • Design architectural plans and concepts for buildings and structures

  • Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications

  • Ensure compliance with Philippine building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations

  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality

  • Oversee construction to ensure adherence to design, budget, and timeline

  • Provide solutions to design and structural challenges during project execution

  • Incorporate sustainable and cost-effective design principles

  • Manage project documentation and permits
