1. Aid the regions in research and study integration of new venture and business model with cooperative's strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials and estimating partner's needs;

2. Monitor current trends and identify customers needs and specifications to make appropriate product recommendations/ proposals;

3. Create, maintain or update business intelligence tools, database, systems and methods;

4. Assist the regions in the development of performance metrics or KPI's;

5. Communicate and coordinate with existing and potential business partners for current and/or new projects;

6. Coordinate development efforts with the internal team and external consultants;

7. Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems, policies and procedures and recommend strategies or programs for improving operations as needed;

8. Assist the regions in planning and implementing activities related to expansion of Koopinoy SIDC Savings and Loans Operations such as:

a. Preparatory activities for the opening of branch;

b. Community ground working;

c. Marketing;

d. Membership Generation.

9. Prepare business proposal, correspondence, and presentations to prospective clients and institutional partners that adheres to their needs, concerns and objectives;

10. Consolidate and monitor the objectives, key result areas and performance indicators related to Koopinoy operations of all regions;

11. Perform other duties as may be assigned by superior
