Accounts Payable Associate

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join our finance team. The role involves handling invoice processing, tracking payments, and assisting in account reconciliations. This position is open to fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in the field of finance. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are key to succeeding in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue billing statements to clients.
  • Track, monitor, and follow up on pending payments.
  • Accurately record and reconcile incoming payments.
  • Assist in addressing billing issues and discrepancies.
  • Maintain well-organized and up-to-date accounts receivable records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients on payment-related concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates; internship experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
