The Accounting Staff is responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial reporting. This role ensures the accuracy and compliance of the company's financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Accounting: Post journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, handle payments, and monitor outstanding invoices.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet items.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements and tax filings.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Support: Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues and assist with audits.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in accounting or related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks), strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and basic Excel knowledge.
