We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Personnel.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. The role involves assisting customers in selecting mobile phones, accessories, and related services while achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assess their needs and preferences.
  • Recommend suitable mobile phones, accessories, and related services.
  • Demonstrate product features and functionality (e.g., smartphones, earphones, power banks, and other accessories).
  • Stay updated on the latest models, specifications, promotions, and trends in the mobile industry.
  • Explain pricing, warranty options, brand programs, and after-sales support.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly individual and store sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell compatible accessories to increase transaction value.
  • Handle customer questions, complaints, exchanges, and returns professionally.
  • Maintain records of sales, follow-ups, and customer information as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive and approachable attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile devices and accessories is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a team and achieve sales goals.

Work details:

  • Monday to Friday; 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • WFH during Saturday; 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
