Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Operate the cash register/POS system and handle transactions accurately.
  • Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor and fitting areas.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
  • Support sales promotions, campaigns, and special events.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Store Supervisor/Manager.
Qualifications:
  • At least Senior High School Graduate / College Level.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage (but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented, approachable, and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
