You'll BeJEG Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Corner Acacia St. , Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, 6000 CebuAs a Finance Associate, you will play a key role in supporting various financial activities, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Some of the things we expect you to do are to:Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, statements, and budgets.

Conduct day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries. Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and support decision-making. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.

Assist in financial forecasting and planning activities. Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and procedures. Respond to inquires and provide support to team members regarding financial matters.

We would need you to be or have the following:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field1-2 years of previous experience in finance is a plus

Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
