Assess Scopic's current SEO strategy and develop a roadmap to increase organic traffic, lead generation, and conversions. Oversee execution of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives. Monitor performance, analyze data, and generate reports with actionable insights. Stay ahead of industry trends — especially innovations in AI-driven SEO — and proactively introduce new tools and methods. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and development teams to align SEO strategies with business goals. Ensure consistent communication, organization, and clarity in task planning and reporting.Required Qualifications: 7+ years of professional SEO experience, including leadership/management of SEO teams. Proven track record of delivering SEO growth in competitive industries (bonus if in software development or technology). Strong technical SEO knowledge (site audits, crawling, indexing, schema, site speed optimization, etc.). Expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, including link-building and digital PR. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools. Familiarity with web structures: servers, CMS platforms, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. Experience with AI/LLM-driven SEO experimentation (preferred, but not required). Excellent communication and organizational skills — able to explain complex SEO insights in a clear, actionable way.
