About the job: Finance Director (Cebu) | Onsite Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu City) Shift: No Fixed Schedule Department: Financial Management & Controlling (Accounting) Required Skills/Qualifications: Proven experience as a Director of Finance or in a similar senior finance roleIn-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practicesSolid expertise in financial analysis and forecastingAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and financial management software (e.g., SAP)BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MS/MA is a plus)CPA or other relevant qualification requiredExperience working in the UAE finance field (2018 onwards is a strong advantage)Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesHands-on approach with the ability to train on finance systems and perform process diagnostics/improvementsExcellent organizational and leadership skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong drive, professionalism, and a positive attitude Responsibilities: Drive the company's financial planning by analyzing performance and riskMaintain constant awareness of financial position and act to prevent issuesSet performance targets and supervise accounting and finance personnel (approx. 10 team members)Oversee audits and internal control operationsPrepare detailed quarterly and annual financial performance reportsConduct financial forecasts and report to senior executivesEnsure compliance with financial laws and guidelinesOversee finance operations for an internationally operating companyDevelop, educate, and lead the finance department toward sustained profitability and long-term success
