About the Client

Our client is a pioneering agri-food and beverage company in the Philippines, known for its heritage in coffee, organic farming, and food manufacturing. As they expand across retail, food service, and e-commerce channels, they are seeking a dynamic Finance Director to support their next phase of growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • CPA and/or MBA highly preferred
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in FMCG, F&B, or manufacturing (required).
  • Proven expertise in strategic financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
  • Extensive experience in banking relations, corporate financing, and cash flow management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial insights to executives and the Board.

  • Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Proactive, influential, and committed to driving financial discipline and performance

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
