Salary Range: PHP 45,000-60,000Work Set-Up: Work-Onsite - US Shift 9pm-6amBenefits:Leave Benefits: 5 Sick Leaves + 10 Vacation LeavesAllowances: Rice, Clothing/Uniform, Medical, and Meal AllowanceHealthcare: HMO with 1 free dependentParental Support: Paid Maternity and Paternity LeaveGovernment Contributions: SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIGResponsibilities:Conceptualizes and generates 2D and 3D designsWorks with the product development team in preparing CAD drawingsCreate accurate and detailed technical drawings for custom joinery projects based on design specifications, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards.Work closely with the design team, project managers, and craftsmen to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise in the development of joinery designs.Review and revise drawings as needed to address any discrepancies and ensure that the final joinery products meet the highest standards of craftsmanship.Prepares design materials for project presentationCommunicates with all project personnel for client requirements and project progressDevelops and improves the designAnalyze blueprints, specifications, and contract requirements to prepare accurate detailsRequirements:2-3 years experience as a Joinery Drafter.Knowledge and hands-on experience with 3D/2D DesignsProficiency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat), MS Office, and Autodesk software (AutoCAD and Inventor).Keen understanding and knowledge of joinery design principles.Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.In-depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods & estimation formulas.Our Location:Unit 1E, Philexcel Annex, Clark Freeport, Mabalacat, 2003 PampangaWho we are:Guerilla Staffing Solutions is a family-owned business with roots in both Australia and the Philippines.
