Our client is a leading advertising, media, commerce and ad-tech solutions company connecting brands to consumers by representing top platforms and publishers. This position is located in Metro Manila, Philippines and will require some traveling to client and agency locations and the Client Partner will report to the Deputy Business Head - TikTok in Philippines. Objectives and Responsibilities Collaborate with national level advertisers to understand their objectives, recommending best practices, and developing effective campaigns which includes but not limited to branding and performanceCreate consultative sales presentations to demonstrate how their products can be leveraged to connect with consumersHelp advertisers build and execute effective campaigns, measure results, and renew or upsell to drive revenue growthWork closely together with internal ad operations and account management team to ensure smooth campaign deliveryMonitor and analyze campaign performance on a regular basisProactively grow client portfolio: Media/Creative Agencies and Direct ClientsThought leadership immersing yourself in the evolving digital media landscape, and adapting to their ongoing product developmentsManaging contracts and renewals, and assisting their Sales Finance organization with payables and collectionsMentoring new team members as their organizations growsShare weekly and monthly pipeline Manage the Payment structure and terms with the ClientsRequired Qualifications and SkillsBachelor degree with at least 5 years of experience managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or their agencies, preferably branding and performance campaigns such as CPI & Lead GenDemonstrated ability to create, develop, and enhance customer relationshipsAbility to manage large customer relationships and manage through conflict, driving groups to collective business decisionProven track record translating marketing objectives into results for advertisersDemonstrated experience effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance driversExcellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issuesAptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervisionMust have strong understanding of digital marketplace and understanding of the competitiveProficient in both written & spoken English
