WAREHOUSE ASSISTANTJOB SUMMARY: The Warehouse Assistant Internal Activities is responsible for performing day-to-day internal warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, organizing, and maintaining inventory items. This role ensures the accuracy, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse to support efficient operations and timely internal stock movement. Key Responsibilities: Receiving & Inspection: Assist in receiving incoming goods, checking for damages or discrepancies in quantity and quality. Coordinate with documentation staff to ensure proper receiving records are maintained. Inventory Management: Organize and store products systematically in designated warehouse areas. Ensure accurate stock tagging, labeling, and bin allocation. Conduct cycle counts, stock verifications, and report discrepancies to the supervisor. Internal Material Movement: Transfer items between internal warehouse zones (e.g., from receiving to storage or from storage to packing). Assist in preparing items for internal production or order picking. Housekeeping & Organization: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse. Ensure that materials are stacked properly and stored safely to avoid damage or accidents. Compliance & Safety: Adhere to warehouse safety protocols and company policies. Report any hazards, unsafe practices, or equipment malfunctions immediately. Record-Keeping: Assist in updating stock cards, internal movement logs, and inventory systems (manual or digital). Support documentation during physical inventory audits. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in warehouse or inventory operations.
