And YOU might be a part of this amazing growth as our team keeps growing above all expectationsWhat you'll do:As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers managing orders, resolving inquiries, and providing product support with accuracy and care. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and contribute to a high-performing customer experience. Key responsibilities for this role includes:Manage end-to-end customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries via phone, email, ticketing systems, and chat, including providing product availability, pricing, and preparing quotations.Support the sales process by coordinating with customers and logistics teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.Provide first-tier technical support for products, services, and systems.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.Consistently maintain a high standard of customer service in all interactions.Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the direct manager.Successful candidates must have:Tertiary qualification in Electronics or Mechatronics (or an equivalent technical discipline).Exceptional attention to detail with data entry accuracy of 98% or higher.Previous experience in customer service, order management, and/or technical support is an advantage but not essential.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with excellent problem-solving abilities.Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply.Intermediate to advanced PC skills;Experience with Salesforce, JDE, eStore chat, and AI tools is highly regarded but not mandatory.Demonstrated ability and willingness for continuous self-learning to keep up with evolving technologies and processes.Energetic, self-motivated, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.Work Arrangements:Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHTWork Setup: Work On-SiteOffice Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa CityWhat's in it for YOU?At Integrated OS, we create career opportunities where you can thrive, grow, and make an impact.Competitive Salary & Benefits: Be rewarded for your expertise and dedication.Career Growth & Development: Work alongside international clients and gain valuable experience.Work-Life Balance: Our innovative activities, open communication channels, and commitment to inclusivity make every day exciting and rewardingCollaborative & Supportive Environment: Be part of a passionate team that values innovation and teamwork.Your seat awaits Be part of our thriving team and CLICK APPLY
