BPO - Lactation Consultant

Unity Communications is hiring a CSR/TSR Lactation Support Specialist with a background in midwifery, nursing, or lactation consulting. In this role, youll be the voice of reassurance and expert support that mothers rely on especially during those Why isnt this working? moments. Whether its late-night pump troubleshooting or answering anxious DMs, your knowledge will make a real difference.

How You'll Spend Your Day

• Provide empathetic customer support through Instagram, email, and occasional phone calls for unresolved issues

• Assist mothers with concerns related to breast pumps (e.g., motor failure, setup issues) and bottle warmers (e.g., charging issues, leaks)

• Review customer-submitted images or videos to diagnose product problems and recommend solutions

• Guide mothers on using our products effectively, ensuring they feel empowered and supported

• Educate new moms on pumping frequency, correct positioning, and breastfeeding best practices

• Collaborate with the internal team to improve the overall customer experience and address recurring support needs

What Were Looking For

• Licensed midwife, nurse, or certified lactation consultant (IBCLC or other recognized certification preferred but not required)

• Strong empathy and patience, especially when supporting mothers during challenging moments

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (DMs, emails, and phone support)

• Familiarity with breast pumps and breastfeeding basics: types of pumps, when/how to pump, proper latch, positioning, etc.

• Experience in customer service or tech support, ideally with product troubleshooting responsibilities

• Background in healthcare BPO or support roles related to maternity, maternal care, or lactation is a plus

• Detail-oriented, especially when reviewing visual evidence of product issues

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and ensure that every mother feels heard and supported

• Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST

• Hybrid work setup with on-site training

• Salary range: PHP 29,000 PHP 33,000
