About the Job Location: Metro Manila (Binondo, Caloocan, Greenhills) Corporate Title: Junior Officer to Assistant Vice President Work Arrangement: Hybrid Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Metro Manila in the role of Relationship Manager. In this role, you will acquire and manage new and existing client relationships to support the Bank's growth objectives. You will be expected to actively solicit new-to-bank accounts, develop strong relationships with clients, and provide tailored financial solutions. What the role will entail Actively solicit and develop new client relationships aligned with business targets and strategic prioritiesProactively manage existing relationships to grow, maintain, or exit accounts as appropriateMaximize profitability by encouraging deposit generation and optimal fund deploymentEnsure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsMaintain complete and updated account documentation and relationship housekeepingSupport the achievement of ROCE (Return on Capital Employed) targets for the divisionOversee fair distribution of sales targets and effective use of team resourcesIdentify high-return lending opportunities while maintaining prudent risk management What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fieldAt least 2 years of experience as an Account Officer in commercial or corporate lending, preferably in a mid- to large-sized bankStrong knowledge of banking products, financial analysis, risk management, and market trendsEffective communication, client management, and data analysis skills What you can expect from joining our team Career development and training opportunities Competitive salary package and benefits Performance-based incentives and recognition programs to reward high-performing individuals Opportunity to work with industry experts and be mentored by them Defined career progression paths to guide you in your professional growth
