  • Prepare, process, and issue invoices to customers accurately and on time.
  • Input and manage billing data in SAP with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Verify and reconcile billing information against contracts, purchase orders, and delivery records.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments in coordination with the collections team.
  • Generate billing reports and provide updates to management using SAP and other reporting tools.
  • Handle customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to address billing-related concerns.
  • Maintain organized billing records for audit and reporting purposes.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Billing Specialist, AR Specialist, or similar role in a corporate setting.
  • Proficient in SAP billing and finance modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, SD).
  • Strong knowledge of billing procedures and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) for reporting and data analysis.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
