The initial pre-screening interview will be conducted via phone.About the job HR Onboarding Manager (Taguig) Key Responsibilities: This role will manage the onboarding team, accountable for reports and analytics, recruitment partners' contract renewals, risk and compliance management for pre-employment documents and pre-employment medical exams aligned to the company's standards, mandated by the government and client requirement and govern internal and external audits. Qualifications: Graduate of any related course8 to 10 years of end-to-end BPO recruitment experienceMinimum of 4 years experience handling BPO recruitment on-boarding with more than 5 years leadership experienceProven background in recruitment analytics, reporting and risk and compliance management.Amenable to work onsite full-time in our BGC, Taguig office.Amendable to work on Graveyard ShiftWillingness to work on weekends and holidays when business demands.Non negotiable - audit and compliance experience and willingness to work graveyard shiftHiring manager leans more towards onboarding and compliance specific background that is focused on a per tower type of org chart
