  • Monitors manpower requirement and productivity.
  • Prepares budget for the precast requirements.
  • Monitors actual cost against budget.
  • Develops new Precast products
  • Develops molds to be used for new precast items.
  • Maintain Quality standards.
  • Make sure policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Produce Costing for new products

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Civil Engineer Graduate (Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer)
  • Must have at-least an experience in precast operations or structural methodology and operations
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Talisay City, Negros Occidental
  • Can start as soon as possible
