Responsibilities

  • To assist Project Manager on the day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
  • Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications.
  • Resolving any technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site.
  • Ensuring materials are correct and adequate as per construction schedule.
  • Prepare CAD drawings, REVIT/BIM to support customer's project specifications and requirements
  • Create drawings based on PDF, hand drawn or verbal instructions using AutoCAD to support customers' project requirements
  • Prepare drawings and compile documentation for project submission

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position
  • Meticulous and responsible
  • Positive personality and good team player
  • Able to multi-task and work in tight schedules
  • Possess excellent computer skills in AutoCAD software, BIM and MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word & Project)

Scope of Work

Creating precast shop drawings

Shell drawings and Rebar drawings with bar schedule

Coordinate structural and architectural plan

Checking drawings

Creating project status report
