Job Summary:Check referral forms per clients’ accounts.Ensure accuracy of the billing and conduct reconciliation of outstanding balancePrepares statement of accounts per client.Job Qualifications:Graduate of B.S. in Accountancy, Financial & Management Accounting, or any 4-year Business Course.Experience in handling receivable transactions is an advantage but not required.Familiar with billing procedures, basic account classification, and journal entries.Knowledgeable in MS Office, Google Drive Applications, and Quickbooks.Meticulous and keen on details.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Schedule:8-hour shiftDay shiftSupplemental pay types:13th-month salary.Overtime pay.Ability to commute/relocate:Makati City: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Preferred) About Halcyon Marine Healthcare Systems Inc.: The Halcyon is a seabird known to those who sail.
