Be part of a passionate team and create opportunitiesPART-TIME CALL CENTER AGENT (BATANGAS CITY ON-SITE)Salary: PHP 8,800Job Description:Outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitation, and/or sales.Inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close leads/sales.Data entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) software.Respond to emails.Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.Meet the service level agreements set forth.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Excellent English communication skills.Typing Speed: at least 40WPM.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.Customer orientation and the ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities.Intelligent.No BPO experience required; students, homemakers, and part-time workers are welcome to apply.So, why join us:Work set-up: On-site Batangas City.Part-time (can commit 4 hrs/day).Salary will be based on: Skills, Attitude, Performance, and  Attendance.Opportunity for regularization and promotion.US and Canadian clients.Shift: Graveyard Monday to Friday.Scholarship program duration: 5 to 8 days.
