What you'll be doing
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
Adhere to quality assurance standards and company policies

What we're looking for
At least a senior high school graduate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Proficient in English, both written and verbal
Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
