Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our healthcare providers.

Responsibilities
  1. Handle high volumes of inbound calls from healthcare providers.
  2. Analyze complex claims data and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
  3. Work collaboratively with the claims team to resolve discrepancies and facilitate payment resolution.
  4. Process authorizations and exception requests for healthcare providers.
  5. Answer questions regarding authorizations and denials.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. 1+ year(s) of experience in a customer-facing role.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Windows PC applications.
