Job Overview:

You will be responsible for nurturing and growing strong relationships with key strategic clients. This involves being a trusted advisor, advocate, and champion for your clients' needs.

  • Be the go-to person for client strategic account needs
  • Advocate for clients across internal teams, ensuring corrective action tracking and issue resolution
  • Maintain contractual agreements and identify opportunities for multi-level relationship development
  • Navigate complex issues using sound judgment and data to drive decisions
  • Conduct regular business reviews using value-add propositions to mitigate client risk

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer success environment with a proven track record
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior decision makers and handle objections
  • Strong understanding of GDPR/Data protection and personal data handling
  • Excellent program management, presentation, and negotiation skills
