Job Description:
The Financial Claims Resolution Professional will be responsible for achieving collection effectiveness and efficiency by meeting productivity benchmarks and flow rates. This involves processing requests related to the collection department in a timely manner, liaising with internal and external units in charge of client concerns, and executing timely preparation and sending of notices of accounts with overdue down payments.
