  • Verifying insurance details to ensure seamless claims processing.
  • Processing payments for services rendered, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Assisting with billing procedures to maintain accurate records and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Following up with callers to confirm understanding and satisfaction.
  • Routing calls to the appropriate healthcare personnel to ensure efficient resolution.
  • Handling outbound calls for appointment reminders or follow-ups, ensuring timely communication.
