Job Overview

The role of a Digital Marketing Specialist involves driving performance across paid campaigns, SEO, and data tracking for a team focused on product growth.

You will manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads, maintain tracking with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), build insightful dashboards using Looker Studio, and support organic growth using tools like SEMrush.

This is a long-term role offering autonomy and ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns by leveraging insights from data analysis and market research.
  • Maintain event tracking with GTM and GA4, including ecommerce setups, to ensure accurate customer journey mapping.
  • Build and maintain cross-platform Looker Studio dashboards that provide actionable insights into campaign performance and ROI.
  • Perform regular SEO audits and keyword tracking using SEMrush or similar tools to inform content and technical strategy.
  • Monitor organic visibility and propose improvements to increase search engine rankings and drive traffic.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and present findings to inform marketing strategy and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the development and design teams to align marketing strategy and implementation with business goals.
Required Skills
  • Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, including Business Manager and ad account management.
  • Expertise in Google Tag Manager, particularly custom containers and ecommerce tracking.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4, including measurement and reporting capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Looker Studio, with experience in dashboard design and data visualization.
  • Hands-on experience with SEMrush or similar tools, including keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to synthesize data insights and communicate clear recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Fluent English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
