E-Commerce Operations Specialist

This role oversees the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth online sales performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing e-commerce operations, preferably within the coffee, beverage, or food & beverage industry.

  • Manage product listings, inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and order processing on Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Assist in building and optimizing marketing funnels, integrating campaigns with social media platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for coffee products.
  • Work closely with the founder to set up and streamline business processes for a newly launched coffee brand and distribution arm, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
  • Maintain accurate sales, expense, and revenue records; reconcile transactions; and support basic bookkeeping and financial reporting tasks.
  • Collaborate across multiple operational areas including marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure cohesive brand execution.
  • Rapidly learn new tools, processes, and strategies to support business growth in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

  • 2.5-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Proven proficiency in managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Understanding of social media marketing strategies, funnel building, and digital advertising techniques.
  • Basic to intermediate bookkeeping skills.
  • Strong ability to quickly learn and apply new skills across different operational areas.
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
