Job Overview

This role involves coordinating the procurement and logistics of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, optimizing sales and profitability, and analyzing performance metrics.

Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an individual who can effectively manage order-related tasks, communicate with suppliers and internal teams, and ensure smooth shipment and delivery processes.
  • Auditing invoices is crucial in this role to prevent overcharging or discrepancies, and gathering data on discount programs will also be essential.
  • The ideal candidate will identify opportunities to maximize supplier sales and profitability by working closely with internal teams and managers.
  • You will analyze sales patterns and supplier performance to pinpoint areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and writing skills are necessary for this position, particularly in English.
  • BUILDING rapport with American clients is vital to success in this role.
  • Above-average data entry skills are required, along with knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • You should possess great analytical skills, attention to detail, and be willing to work a non-traditional schedule.

  • This is a full-time position requiring a graveyard shift schedule.
  • The job is located at our Cebu/Baybay site, which requires onsite work.
