Accountant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be responsible for analyzing and reconciling customer accounts, investigating discrepancies, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve deduction issues.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to monitor and report on deduction trends, providing recommendations for process improvements. The successful candidate will also maintain accurate records of all deduction activities and resolutions, and prepare reports for management.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Accountant will assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to deductions management, and provide support for audits and other financial reviews as needed.

  • Deductions Management:
    • Analyze and reconcile customer accounts to identify and resolve deductions.
    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to customer payments and deductions.
    • Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve deduction issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
